Chez Charlotte is a friendly address in Aix that we've known for some forty years, and some have made it their lunchtime hangout! The decor is bohemian, with the white-tiled kitchen opening onto the dining room. The atmosphere is relaxed, and when the weather's fine, you can sit out in the small garden planted with trees. The menu is traditional, with homemade dishes, generous plates and attractive prices. Reservations are recommended, as the place is a hit with regulars and word-of-mouth is working well.

Cependant, avec le temps, l'établissement semble avoir perdu une part de son éclat d'antan. Si la cuisine et le service restent tout à fait corrects, on ne peut s'empêcher de ressentir un léger vide. Il manque cette petite touche, cette étincelle qui nous poussait autrefois à y revenir régulièrement. Espérons que Chez Charlotte retrouve bientôt cette magie qui faisait sa renommée
