Sweet and savoury choux on the lunch menu but not only that... we have lunch on the terrace
Loïc Derbay has been our favourite since he moved to Aix in 2014. Savoury and sweet choux are the stars of the menu, to which are added veloutés and salads. Loïc garnishes his choux with seasonal products, so in winter you can enjoy a choux with foie gras or smoked duck breast and walnuts, in summer a choux with eggplant caviar. For dessert, you have the choice between twenty or so cabbages, each more gourmet than the last. And as gluttony is a weakness, there's nothing to stop you buying one of each and then enjoying them at home.
