This small restaurant and salad bar under the arcades quickly won the unanimous support of a local clientele who live or work in this district, the dancers of the Ballet Preljocaj, France Bleu Provence, and the Cité du Livre. The small dishes, salads and desserts concocted on the spot with fresh products are gourmet and tasty. Goat cheese pie with mint zucchini, veal osso buco, cuttlefish in parsley, seasonal soups, clafoutis, tiramisu, pear and almond cake, everything is made on site. You choose your dishes on the slate of the day and settle either inside or on the terrace when the weather permits. In the self-service formula, there is a choice in salads to take away and pasta box, you can make your own garnish (vegetables, fish, salmon, minced poultry, delicatessen, cheese, homemade sauces... depending on the season), the proportions are generous and the flavours well present. It's nothing like a fast food restaurant where you stand out with the smell of frying on you. Healthy food lovers will appreciate it, the brand bears its name well! The women's team - Stéphanie, Marie-Line and Alexandra - are taking good care of their clients, and that's why we're back too.
