Almost at the corner of Cours Sextius and Rue des Cordeliers, Le Garde Manger stands out for its large opening onto the courtyard, overlooking an interior with an original design. With a little vintage note that doesn't show too much on Aix! The bosses are young twin sisters: Josepha and Pauline. Open from 8 am, their Garde Manger offers coffees, teas, pastries for breakfast, then at lunchtime salads, soups, homemade dishes always with fresh products. Cakes can also be ordered (birthday, wedding, baptism). It's a trend to eat, to exchange until late afternoon. With its club chairs, the 1st floor offers you another stylish space.

J’ai commandé de nombreuses fois auparavant sans souci.
Aujourd’hui, après 1h d’attente, je réceptionne un plat très très peu garnis et qui plus est avec un manque de fraîcheur évident.
À ce prix, ce n’est pas normal.
Je ne commanderai plus auprès de cet établissement.
