Pierre-François (everyone calls him Pierre) Giuge, who opened this chain 13 years ago in a little street at the top of the Cours Mirabeau, works with fresh produce and focuses on pretty presentations, gourmet flavors and a few culinary inventions to wake up our taste buds. Sandwich food, but with quality and elegance. On the menu: special breads and a variety of ingredients for your sandwiches, as well as soups, like the one with peas we tried today, main courses (what a delicious duck parmentier!) and desserts, mousse or homemade chocolate: everything is made by Pierre, who cooks for our pleasure!
