Stéphanie and Jean-Christophe invite you to take a seat on their terrace or upstairs in their air-conditioned room. Sandwiches are made of Lebanese bread where there is no fat. You choose your topping like this chilled and marinated chicken, bacon beef or vegetarians, falafel, halmi… All fresh vegetables cut every morning are at will, salad and crudity. To the dessert: red fruit crumble, lemon lemon pie, big cut of fresh fruit. It's healthy, fast and cheap!

Le serveur nous demande notre commande mais ne connaissant pas la marche à suivre je lui demande un instant afin de nous familiariser avec le procéder.
Nous avons senti son impatience (alors que le restaurant était vide )
Nous finissons par passer commande et nous découvrons :
- que le serveur utilise les mêmes gants pour nettoyer et mettre les légumes dans nos pitas,
- que la cuisine est sale
Et l'amabilité du serveur reste à désirer
