Small restaurant nestled in the hamlet of Couteron, just outside Aix. A family and relaxed address where you can still eat a tête de veau ravigote or the traditional aïoli, with your feet under the table and without any complexes! For twenty-five years, Stéphane Gastaldi has been offering a dish of the day with coffee and a quarter of wine included. An unpretentious and generous local cuisine for lunch, with a main course that changes every day. A nice stop on this country road, if only for the owner's glibness and the popular, colorful atmosphere!
