PROFESSIONNAL TRAINER COACHING
Patrice Lazarre is a trainer of high level athletes and has set up his coaching center in a building in the center of Aix-en-Provence. Patrice "democratizes" high-level physical preparation and takes care of his clients individually or in groups of 4 people maximum. You are advised and you benefit from an individual follow-up, even in group, during 90 minutes. At the end of the session, you are never the same again! Patrice Lazarre's objective is that each person rediscovers him/herself, surpasses him/herself, and regains his/her self-confidence. Thus you find your balance and your proprioception. In complete confidence, you can talk about your fears, your anxieties, your blockages... The coach will know how to make your fears go away.
