Chef Christophe Cavani celebrates Southern cuisine with passion. Local produce, homemade recipes, and a short menu that changes every month: 4 starters, 4 main courses, 6 desserts, plus a dish and starter of the day. Signature dishes include aumônière d'agneau aux eggplants, filet de loup aux coquillages, and crémeux mascarpone aux fougassettes grassoises. A friendly atmosphere, warm decor, a sunny terrace in summer, and a little ritual we love: mussels and French fries on Tuesdays, small stuffed pastries on Wednesdays. A real gourmet favorite!
