In a preserved mountain environment, a superb inn run by the chef Christophe Billau. Cuisine that is close to the summits.

In the heart of this beautiful inn dating from 1962, is a table with a gastronomic level that takes us to the top. The chef Christophe Billau is in charge of proposing a menu regularly adapted to the best seasonal products, in order to offer a mix of local flavours and fresh products by agreeing to put all the fine gourmets in agreement. The room is as well equipped as your dishes, and as if that were not enough, you can enjoy a magnificent bay window open on the fir trees and the mountain to sublimate your meal.

Un très bel endroit où nous revenons souvent. Accueil chaleureux et la qualité des plats est juste magnifique ! C’est toujours aussi délicieux et inventif avec de bons produits des producteurs locaux et les petites herbes qu’offre la nature environnante.

Nous avons dîné sans dormir sur place. L'appellation d'auberge est un peu réductrice tant les mets sont travaillés et raffinés. Tout était excellent du début à la fin. Ce fut un véritable régal pour les yeux et les papilles.
