Perfetto per famiglie, camere ampie e spaziose dotate di tutti comfort. A 100 metri da una piccola spiaggetta, dotato di una comoda piscina sul tetto. Supermercati e ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze. Eccellente.

Habitué des Pierre & Vacances aux 4 coins de la France (Résidence & Village) et bien je peux vous affirmer que c'est le meilleur qu'on ait pu faire :
Les points + :
- Appartement bien agencé
- Piscine sur le toit
- Proche de la plage
- Plusieurs superette au pied de la résidence
- Proximité avec Menton, Monaco et l'Italie
- Propreté
- Agents à l'accueil souriant & avenant
- Équipements modernes
- Climat méditerranéen

Les points - :
- Parking en supplément quasi obligatoire car dans la rue les places de parking se font cher
- il manque un fer a repasser pour parfaire les équipements.
- Quelques équipements dégradés (lave vaisselle, micro onde) mais pas à la faute de Pierre & Vacances mais dû aux indelicatesses des précédents locataires.

J'y reviendrai volontier.

Très belle expérience durant les vacances sur la Côte d'Azur.
Le personnel de la résidence est à l'écoute et souriant.
La piscine sur le toit est juste magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle.

We are really disappointed because the ad didn’t respond to reality.

1. We got an apartment with a patio with a garden. But the patio had a wall and a big ventilation inlet in front of us and our apartment is in the bottom corner of the entire complex - it feels llike a bunker going out on the patio.The patio had a plastic lawn which was not clean and the view was terrible and lots of mosquitoes outside and inside.

When we go on vacation it is important for us to sit outside and relax and have a meal or just to chill but we can’t. The patio that we got is just not an inviting atmosphere.

We talked to the staff and they tried to help but couldn’t offer a change. So they offered a mosquito lamp and cleaning. They couldn’t change to another apartment even though we offered to pay extra. They could offer the parking for free we accepted that. Cause they hadn’t any other choice.

2. The pool on roof top is nice but to get there you have to walk in 30 cm shower water because the shower is flooded so you have to walk in other peoples shower water - not so hygienic. We talked to the staff about it Wednesday and today it’s Sunday and still flooded. We cannot not use the pool feeling comfortable. The pool is also a part of our vacation.

3. The dishwasher doesn’t work and they told us they will fix it but they haven’t so on our vacation we are hand washing and we choose to have an apartment with dishwasher because we do not want to hand wash dishes.

4. The air conditioner doesn’t work in the night so we wake up in the middle of the night wet from sweat and it is difficult to sleep because of the heat and ventilation is really bad.

5. Furniture in the kitchen drawer is also broken and falls down every time we touch the kitchen. We have notified the staff of issue but it is not taken care of.

6. Good thing is that the beds are really comfortable and also the bed sofa is really good and comfortable for one adult and one teenager.

So overall we paid to have some facilities that is unfortunately absolutely not up to standard regarding the rating of the hotel or the price you pay. We feel very disappointed and the staff is not so helpful solving the problem for real they just say we will fix it and nothing happens.

So it’s definitely not worth the pricing.
