At the end of the Châteaurenard road, the Saint-Michel area is a green setting only 10 minutes from the city centre. It is the starting point of the GR5 for 2600 km of trail towards Bergen Op Zoom, located 65 km from Rotterdam. This site, which enjoys a breathtaking panoramic view of the Baie des Anges, offers a succession of shaded terraces that rise towards Mont-Chauve, mainly planted with olive trees. Families from Nice like to relax and picnic there, while early in the morning, you can meet joggers and hikers who come to get some fresh air in the shade of the vegetation. A little further north, we discover the Falicon pyramid overlooking the cave of Ratapignata. A walk as curious as it is restful!
