BINDWEED HILL PARK

A real green lung located in the Liserons district (north of Bon Voyage, 15 minutes by car from the observatory), this pesticide-free park was inaugurated in 2010. On the natural site of the Colle du Mont Gros, this area of more than 3 hectares houses a botanical trail, landscaped walks, a circuit in the hill with railroad ramps and beamed stairs, a sports trail with equipment installation, rest areas and picnic areas. The originality of this space lies in the creation of allotment gardens allocated to twelve families in the district so that they can grow their fruit and vegetables, but also a 90 square metre "pedagogical garden", open to children from the district's primary schools, as well as a "solidarity garden" of about 140 square metres, which the inhabitants have undertaken to cultivate for the benefit of the Dialogues association, responsible for selling this production in its social grocery store.
