It is a budget hotel yes, but rooms are comfortable and standard for Nice and everything was clean.
Can not imagine people commenting that the breakfast is limited, as again, there was SO much to choose from fruits, cereals, eggs, charcuterie and more. We only managed to get to breakfast at 10:30, but no plates were understocked or immediately filled when empty.
