Terrible! 1) Dirty: Upon checking in, I found various hairs on the bedding, clearly not my own (see attached pictures). I requested a change of bedding, but the hotel take no action to address this issue during my 3-day stay.
2) Irresponsible: I locked my watch in the room and promptly reported it to the hotel staff. Upon my return, they initially denied having seen the watch (weird), and then they finally admitted that they had given my watch to someone else. They apparently lack SOPs for safeguarding and returning personal items. Their manager promised to help retrieve my watch, but they stopped responding to my emails after I left France, offering no assistance whatsoever.
To tourists: please avoid this hotel to prevent a ruined vacation and potential property loss. You deserve better.

La qualité de service et l’emplacement font beaucoup remonter la note car la chambre en soit n’avait rien d’extraordinaire.
Le restaurant et la petite terrasse avec piscine en roof top font la différence.
Petit déjeuner sympa et assez complet sucré/salé. Je recommande.

Très bien situé, avec une très belle vue depuis le rooftop et les balcons des chambres du 6e étage !
Chambre bien équipée, bonne literie, salle de bain avec douche et bain...
Prendre l'apéritif au bar du rooftop ou du salon de 7e étage est cher avec un choix limité...
Un détail, une réparation sur un robinet eau chaude bricolée par deux fois sans succès...
