A small three stars charming as we love them! Located between the Negresco and the pedestrian area, this hotel offers a warm welcome and excellent value for money. The 29 rooms, air-conditioned and soundproofed, have been renovated and tastefully decorated. They are all air-conditioned, equipped with an anti-allergic floor, a duvet, satellite TV (LCD screens), hair dryer, safe, direct telephone and courtesy tray. A few steps from all amenities, this address invites you to rest and relax, especially thanks to its shady patio where you can enjoy breakfast in summer.

Vraiment un très beau petit hôtel à deux pas de la promenade des anglais. Les chambres sont très cosy et les lits très confortables. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni. Les différents membres du personnel sont très professionnels. Nous y reviendrons lors d’un prochain séjour à Nice.

When I was looking for this hotel, I requested a location close to the two main attractions, Promenade de Anglais and Vieux Nice. After arriving, I found that its location is near perfect: it is just two blocks away from the Promenade, and it is close to the famous luxury hotel Negresco, and the price is less than 1/3 of its price. It's a 10-minute walk from the ancient city. What's even better is that it's on the same street as Nice's pedestrian dining and shopping street, less than two blocks away. It's very close to the bustle, but not noisy. The hotel is very newly maintained, clean and fresh and elegantly decorated. Open the window of the room and you will see a very beautiful small courtyard. Breakfast was a bit simple, but it was no problem to leave with full stomach with very fresh typical French breakfast food. The service is superb - we had to leave early with a long driving day and they were so accommodating and opened the breakfast for us only 30 mins ahead of schedule.

l'emplacement est fantastique près de l'hôtel negresco et de la promenade des anglais. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Le prix n'est pas une blague mais compte tenu de l'emplacement et de Nice, je dirais que c'est un bon rapport qualité-prix.
