Overall a very good stay with a very good location, however there was one very important thing that was not acceptable and that was that the ceiling in the mezzanine for our room was only 5 feet tall. This is absolutely not tall enough for an average person and made the space unusable for us. I was very upset to pay so much to get two separate rooms and have one be unusable.

Very nice, huge room. The location is great and extremely good in old town Nice and it’s surprisingly quiet.
The only thing disturbing was that we had smell from the bakery and a kitchen.

Lovely stay in Nice. Great location of hotel.
The staff on the front desk were welcoming and friendly and very helpful, booking a restaurant reservation and allowing me to talk to them in French ! Would recommend highly.

Deuxième séjour dans votre hôtel. Comme l'année dernière, nous trouvons que le ménage dans la chambre n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.
Les sols sont sales, les coins dans la chambre plein de poussière. Le torchon de la cuisine plein de tache comme le tapis au sol au milieu du salon.
Les murs sont également pleins de tâche....
Dommage !
