Chambre extrêmement bruyante au premier l’espace bar en face et petit déjeuné à côté nous avons dormi entre 2h30 et 6h30 .... la douche est beaucoup trop petite. Nous en avons parlé à la réception la jeune femme est très agréable et était désolée de notre mécontentement. Mais l’hotel Complet elle n’a rien pu faire ... peut être qu’il serait bien de signaler au Check in de ces risques si un client un peu enrobé se présente il ne pourra pas prendre de douche

Great stay, but there was a bad smell permanently in the lift and on the 5th floor. The rooms also smelt like they’d previously been smoking rooms, but had been painted over?

Im Bad als auch im Zimmer riecht es ein wenig unangenehm (feucht). Das Zimmer war kleiner als auf den Bildern auf der Website zu sehen. Frühstück sehr gut, im Frühstücksraum allerdings sehr stickig.

Very nice stay and would recommend to family and friends. Improvements would include the shower door and staff not getting in the way at breakfast. We were welcomed and farewelled by a ver friendly staff member Noemie.

Chambre vieillie et en mauvais état, papier décollés ; salle de bain toute petite, joints sales ; j'avais réservé une chambre supérieure croyant obtenir une chambre correcte ce qui n'était pas le cas.
A l'arrivée on m'a demandé de payer la totalité du séjour (7 jours), ce que je n'ai jamais vu ailleurs et cela même avant de voir la chambre ; cela dénote un manque de confiance vis à vis de la clientèle et met le client dans une situation de suspicion.
Bonne situation géographique proche de tous les commerces.

L`hôtel est bien situé mais le stationnement de la voiture est compliqué. De plus, les explications fournies à l`hôtel n'étaient pas très précises au sujet de l'entrée et de la sortie de la voiture. Il est conseillé de voyager avec peu de bagages si on ne veut pas s'épuiser à monter les nombreux escaliers du garage en dehors de heures d'ouverture du centre commercial . Les chambres sont très petites mais si nous avions demandé une chambre supérieure et n'offraient aucune vue. Nous avons donc trouvé que le prix était trop élevé pour ce que nous avons obtenu comme prestations

Chambre petite, mais très propre et tranquille. La fenêtre-porte donnant sur un toit d'une autre maison, accessible par échelle de secours, il fallait la fermer la nuit. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas la basculer! En plus le toit est très sale: mégots, débris . Un nettoyage et peut-être quelques pots de fleurs feraient merveille!

Ce hôtel m'a été recommandée par mon conjoint qui s'y est rendu pour un déplacement d'affaire.
