Le Mallard has an old-world atmosphere, with its old French bistro decor and modern accents. The restaurant offers classic French dishes such as pâté en croûte de canard, os à moelle au gratin au raifort and Vol-au-vent ris de veau. The plates are gourmet, filling and tasty, and the team is smiling and dynamic. This know-how certainly comes from its manager Guillaume, who trained at the Louis XV. Located in a less touristy area, the baba au cognac is well worth the detour to this pretty bistro.

Le service était contrasté de par la sympathie de la serveuse mais derrière l’oubli de certains plats/boissons commandées.
En entrée, un os à moelle condiment raifort parfaitement équilibré et un oeuf cocotte au foie gras rehaussé de truffe.
Des plats réconfortants : vol au vent aux ris de veau et morilles délicieusement accompagné d'une sauce gouteuse au vin jaune et une magnifiquement tendre selle d'agneau au boudin noir, gnocchi et chou kale (parfaitement frit !).
Des desserts en apparence simples mais sublimés : meilleure tarte Tatin jamais dégustée (fondante et confite à souhait) !
