Intimate and rustic decoration, bistro style in this Mill which declines a traditional and varied cuisine. The dishes are concocted with fresh products in accordance with the seasons. The chef draws his inspiration from a classic cuisine that he modernizes to offer you original creations: Parsnip, hazelnut and truffle espuma soup, Warm carpaccio of pig's feet, Risotto with olives and pistou, Terrine of salmon and smoked eel, Fillet of beef, porcini mushroom sauce, Apple pie, Panna cotta. Je ne sais pas si depuis ce satané covid la promiscuité est devenue préoccupante, mais ce restaurant est vraiment trop exigu! Dommage , difficile d'apprécier ce moment dans ces conditions...
