The Bar des Oiseaux is a must-visit address in Vieux Nice, with its unique atmosphere. The menu features seasonal dishes written on a large slate at the entrance. Sitting in the wood-panelled dining room, you can watch the kitchen brigade passionately prepare market cuisine and specialties from Nice and the Mediterranean: ceviche, terrine, bourride or confit veal chuck. We went for lunch. Our waiter was very friendly and spoke excellent English. He talked us through the menu and made recommendations. The calamari was among the best I've ever had, with a unique texture unlike what I've had before. It was ace! The bourride was also lovely, and the wine suggested with it was also lovely! An excellent meal and a steal at the price.

Excellent！今回の南フランスの旅行では複数のお店で食事をしましたが、味に関しては間違いなくこのお店がトップでした。単純なフレンチやイタリアンの枠にハマらないクリエイティブでユニークな発想が新鮮で美味しかった。しかも高い質に反してかなり手頃なお値段。
海辺の景色がウリのお店ももちろん素敵だったけど、路地裏にあるこのお店は本当に美味しいものが食べたい人にこそ是非訪ねてみてほしい隠れ名店でした。美味しすぎて隣の老夫婦と意気投合したのも良い思い出。

친구 추천 받고 방문했는데 음식이 아주 훌륭했습니다. 에피타이저 2개 메인 2개 와인까지 주문해서 정말 맛있게 잘 먹었어요. 개인적으로 니스에서 먹은 음식 중에 가장 맛있었던 것 같아요. 제가 주문한 요리 모두 맛있어서 추천 드릴 수 있습니다.
예약 안하고 가도 자리는 있었습니다만 미리 예약 하는 것을 추천 드립니다. 왜냐면 영업 시간이 매우 짧아요.

Une fois encore rien à dire !! Déjeuner dans la vieille ville dans ce restaurant qui est un incontournable à Nice :)
Impossible de passer à côté sans s’y arrêter !
