French-style hot dogs at Terminal 2 of Nice Airport
Mr Albert settles in Nice, more precisely in Terminal 2 of Nice Airport, and offers a selection of hot dogs on site or to take away, for the formula he calls the dog-to-fly! Hot dogs are prepared "à la française" with special care for quality, such as a good bread from the baker or, surprisingly enough, a vegetarian hot dog with a seitan sausage (a food made from wheat protein). And to travel before flying, there are also Mexican inspirations based on guacamole. Mr Albert plans to expand on the French Riviera, with openings planned in 2019 at Terminal 1 and Gare du Sud.

J’ai pris celui au camembert oignon confit et moutarde au miel.. une tuerie. Le service était rapide et souriant, ce qui est rare quand il y a du monde.
