Restaurant offering local products by the chef Elmahdi Mobarik.
Located in the emblematic Carré d'Or, Le Canon is a culinary address well worth a visit. The interior design is inspired by the bistro style, with Formica furniture and dressed stone walls. But it's on the plate that everything happens. The chef uses exclusively local ingredients (cochon de Saint-Cézaire, févettes de Nice, Niçoise fish and strawberries from La Gaude) to delight the taste buds. Wines are carefully selected. More elaborate menu for evening service.
