Ma Yucca is the contraction of the first names of the two chefs Mayu and Yuka, two sisters who, when they opened the restaurant in 2011, had made the crazy bet to make the French discover Japanese cuisine in a different light. Known exclusively for sushi and raw fish, Japanese cuisine has many refined, gourmet and healthy recipes! The challenge has been met, as Ma Yucca is one of the best Asian restaurants in the city, with flavors that will make you travel and that magnify traditional French dishes.

I had the Chirashi salmon served with vinegar rice, then the Chocolate Fondant with Matcha ice-cream. It was delightful!!! One of the best fondant: perfectly cooked and the melted chocolate was truly amazing!
The Umeshu sake was perfectly chilled.
The service was quick.
