Restaurant offering traditional dishes from Nice.
When you enter Pipo's, you enter the temple of Nice's specialties. This local institution is without fuss, with wooden tables and benches where a good smell of wood fire is diffused. The dishes offer only local flavors: pissaladière, pan bagnat and other pizzas. But the queen of this place is the socca: neither too thin nor too thick, crispy and soft at the same time, it is a traditional chickpea flour cake. The know-how and the simple and relaxed atmosphere will give you a taste of the real Nissette culture.
