du pain d autrefois ,non
pain avec farine a l ancienne ,peut être vu le mais la qualité ,le goût n y est pas du tout ,le façonnage non plus ,la grogne aussi ,pain sur ,pas assez lève ,pas évident de travailler avec du levain ????
ne tiens pas la journée ,si vous voulez planter un clou le lendemain ,pas besoin de un ???? ,vous avez la baguette de mitron bakery
