I go there now regularly, because I find myself quickly in lack of these delicious pastries! L'Onde de Choc remains my favourite, but the macaroons and cookies are worth dying for, and there are often innovations, sometimes surprising, always delicious. All served in a relaxing atmosphere in the beautiful lounge of the reception of the hotel, with friendly service.
Every sunday the pastry offers brunch now, I already tried and that I in a hurry try again! Expensive at first (38€), it is finally, as far as offered, very decent. Because the all-you-can-eat buffet is overflowing with cakes, pastries and sweets more excise the ones that the others (chocolate mousse is terrible!) with some savoury delicacies and hot drinks including exquisite hot chocolate of Jerome.
