Underwater ecomuseum, featuring 6 sculpted faces by Jason DeCaires Taylor, accessible with mask and snorkel

British artist Jason DeCaires Taylor has created a unique work of art off the coast of Cannes: six sculpted faces resting a few meters below the surface near the island of Sainte-Marguerite. This veritable underwater sanctuary attracts fish and divers alike, while promoting biodiversity in the Mediterranean. Accessible free of charge, the ecomuseum can be discovered simply with a mask and snorkel. This innovative project raises awareness of marine ecosystem preservation, highlighting the urgent need to protect the region's marine life and habitats.

Il faut savoir nager! Intéressant, les poissons et les alguescommencent à coloniser les statues.
Beaucoup de monde en été et aussi un grand nombre de bateaux entre les deux îles. Gratuit.
