Très très belle carte des vins pour tous les budgets.
Et la cuisine est juste délicieuse, raffinée comme la cuisinière qui m’a régalé et fait retourner en enfance. Qualité des produits, respect des traditions. Foie gras de canard, escargots en persillade, duo de riz de veau et rognons aux morilles et vin jaune accompagné d’un succulent gratin dauphinois, souris d’agneau confite et purée de pomme de terre avec des morceaux de châtaignes, une tarte tatin à tomber tellement elle est gourmande et la mousse au chocolat comme j’ai jamais mangé ! Bravo à la cuisinière ! Merci La Cave
