Tripodi is the name of the Calabrian family that runs this magnificent restaurant! And here, the festival is well done in your plate! It's a real festival of flavours, with dishes that are each more copious than the last and homemade desserts where we are short of superlatives! To top it all off, the sunny terraces are a real pleasure, and we're talking about them in the plural because in addition to the one you'll discover, there's another more secret one, upstairs, offering a sublime view of Cannes.

We visited this restaurant hoping for a pleasant breakfast, but unfortunately, the experience left us frustrated and disappointed.
We ordered three omelets with different ingredients for three people, communicating in English since we don’t speak French. Instead of receiving three separate plates, we were brought one mixed omelet on a single plate—clearly not what we asked for. Yet, we were charged for three full orders.
The coffee situation was equally confusing. We were charged €16.50 for three cups of coffee, despite an advertised offer of coffee + croissant for €3. When I asked specifically for chocolate croissants, we were served an old and dried-out pain au chocolat, which seemed anything but fresh.
It felt like our lack of French made us easy targets for unfair pricing and poor service. We left feeling unheard and overcharged.
