Nous avons eu un mariage de rêve grâce à cette agence de wedding planner. Tout ce que j'avais prévu à été réalisé et la décoration de la salle était à couper le souffle. Encore plus beau que dans mes rêves !! un merveilleux souvenir

We decided to take Les Voeux of isis. At the beginning we were very happy our deco project... the D-day was not.
- The quotations provided by e-mail are very poor quality on the edge of the legible top step for a decorator!
- It was to make our website our theme was in white & grey it us a site with pink ..... terminal mon husband took over!
- During our try decoration for the D-day it had told me that we have larger Flavours at terminal the D-day the same was on our table!!
- Hang our Chinese balls ceiling it did not even bring a ladder it is the caterer who has to offer!
- Quotation provided houses for eat standing it forgot the D-day is the caterer who has to offer.
- And to finish in beauty our candy bar it was planned to candy lunches result when we carefully at the deco the sweets were plastic cups! once again it responsible delicatessen with provided the jars for sweets.
In order to not be made anarquer and living a day stress-free I advice with all future the bride not to take this company decor! N

Malheureusement pour nous, nous devions nous marier en avril 2020, et nous avons dû annuler le mariage seulement un mois à l'avance, lorsque la France est entrée en confinement pour cause de Covid-19. Nous avons écrit à la wedding planner au mois de mars pour lui en parler, mais elle n'a pas répondu et nous avons dû contacter nous-mêmes les prestataires. Elle n'a d'ailleurs pas plus répondu par la suite, ni à nos mails, ni sur Whatsapp, ni à notre courrier recommandé, ni à nos appels. La dénommée Anne (nous pensons en tout cas que c'est son prénom, mais elle signait tous ses e-mails par "Les Voeux d'Isis") a purement et simplement ignoré toutes nos tentatives de contact.
Nous lui avions avancé 600 euros de frais de décoration fin février, nous ne les avons bien sûr jamais revus.
