LE MÉTA

In Poitiers, Le Méta up is the first Centre dramatique national to be located at the heart of a university campus. With its theatrical factory, Le Méta combines creation, experimentation, innovation and encounters between artists and audiences. Thanks to the acquisition of 3 reconfigurable, eco-responsible buildings that had already been used for cultural projects, it now boasts a brand-new theater with a large modular auditorium, and La Baraka, an architecturally warm café with its own stage, where readings and discussions extend the encounter between spectators and artists. An immersion in theatrical creation, artistic experimentation and the pleasure of getting closer to the works.
