Since 1994, Christian Mauberger has been producing a wonderful artisanal walnut oil. To produce good oil, you need good walnuts. The kernels are ground into a paste. This is then cooked in a large frying pan, and last but not least, pressed. In addition to the famous first cold-pressed virgin walnut oil, you can also take home hazelnut oil, walnut or hazelnut flour, walnut mustard or the Loudunoix aperitif.
