He and his team welcome you to their bakery-patisserie-chocolaterie to delight your taste buds, whether with his Tradition baguettes made with Label Rouge-certified Bagatelle flour, or his specialties: macarons de Lusignan, macaroné (a large round cake made from raw almonds, egg whites and sugar) and raymondins, named after the husband of the fairy Mélusine (almond and chocolate dragées). La première fois que j'ai dégusté les macarons de cette pâtisserie (les meilleurs macarons du monde) j'avais 6 ans, plus de 60 ans plus tard (et chaque fois que passe dans la region) je me fais une joie de faire le détour. Toujours aussi bons et à la dégustation tous les souvenirs de mon enfance me reviennent Le bonheur
