Who would have thought that this former clog factory would one day become an organic grocery store? It's run by a charming couple with a passion for good food: Emi and Fred Borie Le Rhun. Groceries, fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy products are all organic and as local as possible. On the shelves, served in bulk, cereals and other legumes are arranged in pots, ready to jump into the pots. At the Lusignan grocery store, everyone has their own specialty: for Fred, the cellar side and his biodynamic wines, for Emi, the power of Ayurvedic herbal teas.

Gourmands, we've got you covered! For over 20 years, Stéphane Thévenon has specialized in the creation of chocolates and macaroons. He and his team welcome you to their bakery-patisserie-chocolaterie to delight your taste buds, whether with his Tradition baguettes made with Label Rouge-certified Bagatelle flour, or his specialties: macarons de Lusignan, macaroné (a large round cake made from raw almonds, egg whites and sugar) and raymondins, named after the husband of the fairy Mélusine (almond and chocolate dragées).
