For over 25 years, Marie-Lise and Bruno Guitton have been growing mushrooms in their troglodytic cellars. This former tufa quarry is the ideal place to grow artisanal Blond de Paris, lentin de chêne (or shiitake) and oyster mushrooms. Five meters underground, in three kilometers of gallery, at 16°C, the mushrooms flourish - up to two tons a week! They also offer in-house preparations.
