Marie and Alain raise free-range pigs, mainly fed on their own cereals, with a constant concern for quality and taste. The quality of their know-how is recognized by the Porc Fermier d'Auvergne label awarded to their animals. Meat preparation is carried out under rigorous control in their laboratory. All products are traditionally cooked without coloring or preservatives. Meat, pâtés, rillettes, terrines, mousses, boudins, jarred dishes, dry sausages. Present at markets and Paris Fermier.
