The highly talented Jérémy Dumay cut his teeth with three-star chef Anne-Sophie Pic before moving on to a variety of European haute cuisine addresses! In 2015, he returned to his native Thouarsais as a home chef. He also welcomes you to his adorable bistro in the center of Oiron, changing his menu every week according to new arrivals and his creativity. Low-temperature meats, market-fresh fish and homemade desserts are sure to turn heads (at low prices). And don't forget to try the local vintages!
