This church, built in the Xth century in the pre-Romanesque style, is one of the great architectural wonders of Poitou
You discover it, flanked by its lime trees. It is one of the great architectural wonders of Poitou, built in the 10th century in the pre-romantic style. The impressive nave, surprisingly bathed in light, is split in two by a unique clerestory wall, probably of Berrichonne origin. You can enjoy the contemplation of these heights and the romanticism of the holy place, which has been somewhat nibbled away by humidity. The church is surrounded by a peaceful, well-kept garden where you can admire the chevet, take a break or have a picnic.
