Georges-André Palluaud does not lack creativity. It is with his wife that he opened his chocolate factory in the center of Niort. He has chosen high quality products, both for his chocolate and for the ingredients that make up his ganaches and pralines. Candies, adorable subjects, chocolate bars and ice creams delight us. On weekends, the pastries are made from the fruits of the Halles. Halles that he has reproduced in bars in order to export the city beyond the borders... unless the gourmands crack before the arrival.
