La boulangerie Flu has been located in the center of Niort since 2007, serving hot bread at all hours, viennoiseries, pastries, surprise breads (savory or sweet), petits fours, gingerbread, special breads (wholemeal, prune, fig, hazelnut, raisin, pain poitou-charentes, campagnard, ciabatta bread...) and even a catering service (pizzas, quiches, salads, sandwiches, drinks). Special breads are baked on certain days of the week. You can order your own bread as well as pastries, cakes and fresh fruit. At lunchtime, we offer a sandwich, drink, dessert and coffee menu (luncheon vouchers accepted).
