On the banks of the Niortese river Sèvre, in an exceptional site, this former lock house from 1863 is now a charming cottage. Completely renovated, bright and sunny, it is ideal for a family (up to 8 people) with a closed space of 1,200 m² and a peaceful and wild environment. The site is popular with fishermen, cyclists and hikers with direct access via the green flow towpath.
In Saint-Liguaire you can cycle along the water, admire the Sainte-Marie-Madeleine church, discover the former chamoiserie-ganterie Rousseau, now occupied by craftsmen and artists, or cross the Sèvre Niortaise, in summer, with the Port Lateau rope boat.
