Restaurant with terrace offering a varied menu of hearty salads, starters and dishes on the go.

The Grand Café offers a varied menu of copious salads, starters, dishes "on the thumb" (like a fetish or omelet) and more fine foods such as veal ris, lamb jarret or fatty liver steak. Prices are affordable: 10,80 € la mudflap and 14,50 € les flambées in whisky. The desserts are very good (especially the chocolate moelleux!). The service is smiling and fast at noon. The outdoor terrace is really pleasant in the beautiful days to take a meal or simply drink a drink among friends.

Bien placé
Un établissement bien placé, à côté du parking de la Brèche, avec une terrasse agréable. Par contre, j'ai trouvé les prix excessifs, les formules n'étant pas dispo le week-end (Un bout de saumon pas vraiment gros avec une timbale de riz et 3 rondelles de courgettes à 14,90 par exemple). Le serveur était sympa.

Service & accueil pas super, quant au tarif. Cuisine basique mais bonne, produits de qualité. J' ai pris une salade que j' aurai réalisée chez moi en 3 minutes, dommage, car emplacement idéal!

Reception of the very friendly owner, we think that you will be in good hands! And, if not the dishes of the days are fresh and delicious… the waiters also smiling that they are relatively " the ramasse" has; during the meal (we had to ask to have the jug, then the mayo for Chips, bread and one gave up the idea to have salt or pepper…). In short, let us lean on the plate, the Fries are not house (a little tolerate it with the discipline… but it is frozen French fries, a terrible quality… near the cardboard). The plate, not terrible…the mall washed salad and non-existent vinaigrette (lamb's lettuce with a little sand), the salmon Tartare overcooked cut very fine, closer to preserve than the Tartar. On the other hand, the daily special, fresh and refined. finally, while you decide to stop there after this rather imperfect lunch, the person at the till you request if it is all. .juste a main course, no coffee, no dessert? It is really all???. short No how. The owner with very the soul of a café owner, friendly etc… but for the rest, I recommend a quick lunch, fresh and tasty daily special but nothing more.
