This young (and very talented) pastry-chocolate-confectioner apprenticed with two Deux-Sévriens Meilleurs ouvriers de France, bakers Dominique and Thomas Planchot. After a spell at the Maison Flu (Niort), he took over the pastry-making reins at the Alexandra Palace, before finally daring to set up shop in the Bocage region in 2023. His credo: gourmet desserts accessible to all. Fine pastries, vintage chocolates, homemade jams and pralines... to bring you to your knees.

Merveilleux !!
Un vrai bonheur gourmand ! Chaque visite à la pâtisserie Favreliere Sylvain est un pur moment de plaisir. Les gâteaux sont aussi beaux que délicieux, préparés avec un soin et une finesse incroyables. On sent tout de suite la passion du chef dans chaque création, des plus classiques aux plus originales. L’accueil est toujours chaleureux, souriant et attentionné, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Une adresse incontournable à Largeasse : impossible de repartir sans avoir craqué !
