Since 2016, Christelle and Cyril, artisan charcutiers and butchers, have been crisscrossing markets and villages in their itinerant truck to offer you quality products. With the exception of salamis, dry-cured hams and bacons, they produce homemade charcuterie specialties using traditional know-how, without preservatives or colorants. You'll discover old-fashioned andouillette, black pudding and grandma's pâté. The range is rounded out by exceptional meats from local production and dishes cooked to the rhythm of the seasons.
