Created in 2014, our craft brewery is located in Coulon in the heart of the Marais Poitevin in a natural and preserved environment.
We set up our brewing tanks in a former dairy, a former industrial site rehabilitated by the Marais Poitevin Regional Park.
Our Tête de mule beers are made using traditional processes. They are neither filtered nor pasteurized, and benefit from refermentation in the bottle.
