Here is an address for the little gourmets. It is at her home, a few minutes from the center of Airvault, in her small workshop, that Patricia Martin concocts the delicious little pure butter cookies La Chennette. Savory or sweet, shortbread or cookies, they delight young and old at snack time or as an aperitif. Made with products from Vendée, La Chennette's little cookies can be found at Patricia's and in various local sales outlets. Note that the pastries (on order) are also a hit!
