Thierry Textier, a farmer's son, is part of our beating. The Petit Talvard is an area of 15 ha from which issus originate (assembly of colombard and white ugni grape varieties), cognac 13 years old, white white with small traditional bubbles. Our selection is about its liqueur with cognac and pear, 5 years old, a pure wonder that one could almost describe as «feminine». Thierry advises her as an aperitif, but it is also perfect for pastry. Harmonious, liquoreuse to wish, she enchanted the palate by its fruity fruité while retaining its persistence of cognac.
