La Sarrasine has been at the helm for over 30 years! A longevity that sets an example! We appreciate the value for money and the service provided by a young, friendly team. A large number of diners settle down on the terrace to enjoy the setting and the view over Saint-Martin. Whether à la carte or à l'ardoise, the spotlight is on the galettes. Grilled meats are another option: andouillette, quality entrecôte steak, off-season suggestions of the moment, and oysters from the Ile de Ré. For dessert, don't miss the crêpes au froment, especially the special ones.

Nous avons pris une crêpe 4 fromages et une au saumon fumé. Celle au 4 fromages est plutôt bonne, même si la crêpe n’est pas de qualité. Accompagné d’une salade en sachet goût plastique… vraiment pas bonne. Celle au saumon, c’est juste une crêpe avec 3 tranches de saumon fumé dessus avec aucun accompagnement même pas de salade en plastique ! Étonnant ! En dessert nous avons pris deux crêpes glace coco flambée au rhum … ou à l’alcool 90 on ne s’est pas trop ! La crêpe était presque un mangeable tellement l’alcool était fort ! Du rhum de mauvaise qualité…
