Seasonal cuisine based on fresh products in a restaurant with terrace.
It's an address we'd like to keep to ourselves. But above all, the Petit Futé wanted to please those who come to the pretty village of Saint-Martin for a day or more. Before arriving at the port, Côté Jardin offers a gourmet break for those who want to enjoy a quiet lunch, particularly on a terrace that we'd like to think of as a garden. Far from the hustle and bustle of the tourist trade, this restaurant offers a very pleasant setting. The warm welcome and efficient, smiling service ensure that you can make the most of the moment. The lunch menu offers excellent value for money. In the evening, dishes are displayed on a large slate, each carefully prepared with fresh, seasonal produce. In the interior patio, starters include pollock gravlax with dill cream, or cucumber gazpacho with a surprising bacon chantilly. Meat lovers will be delighted with the Iberian pork pluma and tartare, but there's also plenty of room for the ocean and its riches, as in the case of the monkfish skewer with pistou. The dishes are as colorful as they are delicious, and the desserts leave nothing to be desired: strawberry soup and yogurt ice cream, Sophie's profiteroles or gourmet champagne.
